Resignation Letter
Patrick Ross-Hunt
"The clock on the office wall didn’t serve him well. It doesn’t hurt him anymore. He hands in his letter of resignation, cut up and extrapolated."
“Resignation Letter” takes the form of a Notes app poem, written during a sunny day in the park. Through this casual and immediate format, the work reflects on the myth of the writer, the figure of the author, and the tensions between artistic identity and professional self-presentation.
