LAS Writes
Organised by Fabrizio Previti and Charlie Ford, LAS Writes is a dedicated space for writing in all its creative forms
Progressing through an open-call basis, the project welcomes written contributions ranging from essays to fiction, from theory to poetry. It emancipates writers from traditional publishing formats, embracing prototypes, the unfinished, and alternative formats of knowledge production.
Within the existing ecosystem of traditional publishers and editorial projects, LAS Writes aims to produce something on the edge of the acceptable. It is not a model of self-publishing, but a curatorial platform that employs voice as a form of publication.
Each chapter culminates in LASwrites_IRL, an event hosted in our gallery space that showcases our most recent contributions. It brings together different voices, texts, and practices, creating a space for listening, experimentation, and exchange.
We welcome every organism, particle, and presence connected to writing as extension, movement, and a stretching exercise of the self.
If you have writing you would like to share, please submit it to writing.las@gmail.com
